Please, kindly note the request for VIP-lounge services is to be made not less than 72 hours before the flight.
In order to book a VIP-arrival/departure service you need to send us by e-mail: fasttrack@aerotour.ru or by fax: +7 (495) 925-30-34 with the request, where all flight details are indicated, i.e. date of the flight, time of arrival/departure, number of the flight and the air company passenger is flying with, passenger name, spelled in English. If there are any kids arriving/departing, the date of birth should be indicated.
